Yoga in the Community

Yoga Classes are starting at Obair on Tues 21st Nov at 7pm. The course runs for 5 weeks and finishes on 19th Dec. There are many benefits to Yoga such as increased flexibility, heart and joint health, improved sleeping patterns, relaxation as well as having an overall positive effect on your wellbeing.
