Administration and Accounts

20 Hours per week over 5 days

Salary  TBC

Main Duties:

Accounts payable / receivable, credit management, preparation of information packs, client registrations, prioritising workload, ensure funding programmes operate within guidelines, general office administration, client services

Essential Skills:

Computerised accounts experience such as Tasbooks, Quickbooks, Sage, etc

Good administration skills including the use of Microsoft Excel and Word

Good Presentation & communication skills

Ability to work well within a team

Ability to meet deadlines whilst also multi tasking

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with grant applications and reporting

Familiarity with TAS books and internet banking
