Fierce Excitement at Our Park!

We’re thrilled to announce that our new slide and bug slip have officially opened!

This year alone, we were lucky to receive small playground funding from Clare County Council, which helped make this happen.

We also have collection jars in Eurospar, the Chemist, and the Credit Union — so please consider donating if you can! Every little bit helps.

Here’s how the costs added up:

• Slide: €19,000

• Mulch and sand: €3,000

• Painting: €800

(All of this excludes the ongoing upkeep covered by Obair, at their own expense.)

We are so proud of our park and how well the community respects and cares for it. A huge thank you to Barry, Josh, Scott, Zach, and Colin, and to Jody Halpin for letting us store materials — mulch, stones, and more — at Halpin’s Garage.
