Services for the Unemployed

Activity under this measure is focused on providing support and assistance to the long-term unemployed to access work.  This can include information, advice and guidance about education, training, employment options or other supports that assist people to gain employment or identify the steps to gaining employment. 

This measure also supports people to set up their own businesses.

Information Services Available

Every Wednesday Obair hosts Information Services such as the Citizens Information and the HSE Community Welfare Officer

M.A.B.S. Once a month, on the first Friday of every month, the Money Advice & Budgeting Service provide a service in the Family Centre
