Clare M.A.B.S. Money Advice & Budgeting Service is available in the Family Centre on the first Friday of each month at 11 o'clock. M.A.B.S. is a free, independent and confidential service that offers advice on all money matters. In particular, this service helps families and individuals with debt problems. If a person is in difficulties with rent, mortgage, ESB, Gas, TV Licence, Cable, Moneylenders, Banks etc. then this service can help them. M.A.B.S. are not concerned with why or how a person got into difficulties and more concerned with helping people manage their money and budgeting skills.
