This measure aims to provide additional or alternative supports for young people so that they are assisted to progress from early years throught to adolescence and adulthood with self-confidence, social, personal and life skills

The Buzz Stop Youth Cafe

The Buzz Stop Youth Cafe is designed to provide a space for young people between the ages of 14-18 years of age to hang out, use playstation, Wii, chat with young people of the same age or youth workers or get advice and information on a wide range of topics. The Buzz Stop Youth Cafe is open each Friday from 7.00-10.30pm in the new extension of the Obair Family Centre.

Volunteers: Anyone between the ages of 18 and 25 who would like to volunteer as a senior leader at the Buzz Stop Cafe please call Siobhan on 061 368030.

We are also looking for adult volunteers over the age of 25. Again, please contact Siobhan on 061 368030.
